My advice to investors

Also remember that the most important companies once began as start-ups and were dependent on investors who offered not only capital, but also strategic support and long-term guidance. As an investor, you can make a decisive contribution by actively supporting start-ups in their development.

The future of startup investment will increasingly focus on clearly definable impact. Investors will increasingly look for technologies that sustainably take our society to the next level – in areas such as deep tech, health, education, climate protection and social justice. The focus will be on supporting start-ups that not only strive for commercial success, but also create real added value for society. Teams with visionary ideas and the ability to solve complex challenges will play a key role in driving the shift towards an impact-orientated investment culture.

My greatest strength lies in process-orientated thinking and the ability to create clear structures even in the greatest chaos. I also have an excellent talent for memorising faces, which helps me to build relationships quickly and strengthen them in a targeted manner.
