SAIZ wants to solve the biggest problem in fashion e-commerce: 50% of all clothing ordered online is returned. More than 50% of returns are due to the wrong size or bad fit.
Each return generates costs of around 20 euros and 849 grams of CO2 emissions. Returns lead to major financial costs for retailers, environmental damage and frustrated online customers.
